1. Refund & Return Policy (Lumina Atelier)

Lumina Atelier provides custom photography services and digital products that are created uniquely for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are considered final.
Session Fees
Session fees (including the $99 booking fee) are non-refundable. Session dates may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Digital Images
All digital images, retouched files, and edited galleries are non-refundable once delivered. Digital files cannot be returned or exchanged.
Printed Products
Albums, prints, and wall art are custom-produced for each client. Because these are made-to-order items, all purchases are final sale.
If a printed product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 72 hours or failure to attend your booked session forfeit the session fee.
Reshoots
Reshoots are offered only in cases of equipment failure, studio error, or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Lumina Atelier.
